Clinical staff training
Clinical staff to individually assess any knowledge gaps they may have and viewed the recommended RACGP modules to address these. Create a practice register of training to demonstrate completion.
LGBTQI+ specific services directory
Create a directory of services which is easily accessible for GPs and other referrers at the practice.
Ensure details of such service are readily available in the waiting room.
