  • Have a group discussion about your learnings to assess understanding.

    NB This forum may be used for other QI activities in this toolkit

  • Post the best practice scripts at reception.

  • Incorporate Training/videos into staff induction.

  • Review performance management documentation and ensure that the LGBTIQ+ inclusive practice standards in this toolkit are reflected

Code of conduct

  • Develop a staff code of conduct that demonstrates the practice’s commitment to respect and inclusivity for LGBTIQ+ community members
