Staff recruitment policy and performance management

  • Manager to develop an affirmative action policy that supports the appointment of a diverse range of staff, including staff who are LGBTIQ+ and is aligned to inclusive employer’s standards.

  • Manager to review performance management documentation and ensure LGBTIQ+ inclusive practice standards are reflected, and that discrimination will not be tolerated

  • Discuss these at a Practice Learning Session (practice staff meeting) to ensure staff are aware of and understand inclusive recruitment and performance management processes in your practice.
