Practice learning sessions

  • Create an ongoing practice team learning session (monthly).

  • Use this forum to watch the recommended videos about how your practice can be more inclusive.  

  • Have a group discussion about your learnings. Can your team identify any improvements that are needed in the practice?

Practice inclusion statement

  • Develop a practice inclusion statement or policy for your practice.

  • Display the statement in your waiting room.

  • Ensure staff have had input in the development of the policy and ensure knowledge and understanding of the policy are included in staff induction
